[Resolved]  Airtel — Report a fraud

Hi Team, There was fake transaction on my ICICI Credit card at Airtel bill desk. Raised complaint with bank regarding it. Kindly check from your end and do the needful. My transaction details: Your ICICI Bank Credit Card XXXX7000 has been used for a transaction of INR 4, 950.00 at AIRTEL PYMT-BILLDESK (October 06, 2014; 16:01:23 hrs.)

This is the information provided by ICICI bank for the fake transaction :

Further, the IP address used for the transaction is 106.223.95.245,
we request you to take up the issue with the merchant and take
assistance of police for further verification and recovery of the
disputed amount.

YESTERDAY SOME ONE WITH HIS CELL PHONE([protected]) CALLING ME FOR REPLACEMENT OF ICICI CREDIT CARD AND DONE PAYMENT OF Rs.5000/- ON AIRTEL BILL PAYMENT DESK BEARING TRANSACTION ID NO.558764& RS.1500/- ON MOBIKWIK WITH TRANSACTION ID549823 & ANOTHER FOR RS.500/- ON MOBIKWIK WITH TRANSACTION ID 843368. PLEASE DO SOME THING TO GET BACK MY MONEY.

My Account for Rs 20000 by Bharati Airtel pvt ltd. They said it is for sim updation .They asked me all the account details to me I think it is somewhat fishy but I think Airtel will never do this kind of act. So I give my number to them look what happen they deduct my Rs 20000. I am attaching the details.
