[Resolved]  Airtel — Requested to activate our landline no[protected]

Dear Sir/Madam,

On 2nd May 2016 we called up Airtel Customer Care No 121 and requested them to disconnect only Broad Band connection. They said they will disconnect without informing us that even land line connection(Voice call) will get disconnected. After two days when we called they said within 3 days will activate our land line no.

On 19th may 2016 only they given us Complaint Ref.No."67939626". Everyday we are making a call requested them to activate our no which we are using from past 12 years. But no one is giving proper response to our call. This is worst service we experienced from Airtel connections. If you are unable to provide good service to your customer you should not continue. Stop your service for ever.

We request you to do the needful as soon as possible as we provided this number to all our customers.

We are receiving falls promises from your end from the day of disconnection of the Landline. Instead of cheating your Customer please rectify their problems immediately. Due to these problems you may loose many customers.
