[Resolved]  Airtel — Reversal/settlement of amount paid against charged to a different number

Sir, i want to inform u that on 07 Oct 15 1700 hrs (appx) i made a recharge of rupees 350/-to wrong subscriber [protected] in place of right subscriber number [protected] through a retailer. Immediately after the recharge i realizes the fault and same matter informed to call centre. They informed me to send a msg in specified format.i did the same and got this reply .Circle detail is not found in the system for wrong subscriber number [protected] or Right subscriber number [protected].Please contact to circle coordinator.Then immediately retailer talked with an executive for sorted out the matter.I am astonished by the reply of the executive that he was not able to sort out the things as some technical problem.Now I want to know through you that whether i would be able to receive/adjust my money.I have initiated the procedure for reversal of the amount at the right time so when and how my money will be back.Thank u
