[Resolved] Airtel — Roaming Not activated but still have recharged for 1000INR for International Roaming

Hi Sir/madam, Myh Name is Karthika Selvakumar and my india Airtel No is [protected]. I am currently in US. I recharged for 1000 INR for US International Roaming but still I am not able to call/receive calls from any numbers, Hence request you to activate my roaming in US as soon as possible. i have bought new phone with that a 4G airtel sim got free..we have an old airtel demo sim that one we upgraded it to new 4G sim then demo sim became normal 4G sim .can u plz say how to reconvert it to demo sim?? plz help me
