[Resolved] Airtel — Security deposit for airtel number [protected] | |||
Dear, I had paid 1000rs as a security deposit to airtel in the month of march, later i had to cancel the connection instantly due to some unforeseen circumstance, airtel had agreed to pay back the amount within a month which they tried to, but the name mentioned on the cheque was incorrect and the cheque was rejected. Now i 've been chasing the help desk since the last couple of month to have a new cheque issued in my name nanda kumar, as all the documents and the bank account has the mention of this. The help desk is refusing to issue the cheque now (Though the mistake is from their end) and they are also not responding back to my emails. Please advice. Was this information helpful? | |||
