[Resolved] Airtel — Security issues for personal data | |||||
Hi airtel team, This is to inform you that i yogita sharma my number [protected] facing the problem of barring my phone serices multiple of times on the request of some unknown people. The number is in my name also i have set up my personal secuirity questions but still everytime i am facing the issues and challenges daily to unbarred the network of my number in twice or thrice a day. I am specifying the scenario in a detail description as below: There is a person naming amit arora he tries to humiliate me and request airtel customer care people to barred the services of my above mentioned number. He is a threat to our family due to same family disputes and isues .Also i have changed my security questions multiple of times to save my account info but the same time he had the link and also friends in the airtel customer care department and those people help him to fetch my personal details to amit and on the same time daily twice or thrice he is doing the practice of calling to the customer care executive saying as" i am his cousin with ...So and so name ...And drop a request for handset lost for this number [protected] ...For barring the services of my phone" And being a female i am struggling daily morning, evening, night 24*7 requesting and wasting my time to find the resolution with the air tel team but it had now become a very tough task thats why i am writing an email at the end still wishing that might be the airtel people can help me out..Today it self i had the convesation with the rahul and aditya in the cc dept and they told me the end solution for writing it down. It had become the treat for me now Please check the history list of my number and complaints with you as it had now become a serious issue for me because he knows all my details. I would request you to please don't accept any request from the any other person accept me else the last option would be the closure of my number as am finding it unsafe.
