Airtel — Service named Airtel Laila got activated without my knowledge and money deducted

Dear Sir, every two days i do recharge but laila service is annoying and illegally deducting Rs.35/- from every recharge. So, airtel will be responsible to recover all the deducted amount because i have already paid lakhs and lakhs to the airtel company in the last two years paying for net pack and main balance. Being one of your valuable customer, please stop deducting unnecessary from my balance. My airtel mobile no. is [protected].

I don't want that service in first place.. This is the second time it happened to me.. I deactivated the service immediately but money is not reimbursed. I am disgusted with airtel service.
