[Resolved] Airtel — Services are not resumed for airtel customer id [protected] | |||
My airtel dth was disconnected due to relocating to Hyderabad. I have recharged my account and called customer care for more than 10 times to activate my account. I have also lodge complaint in airtel dth customer forum and raised issue with customer care, everytime thet say my account will be recharged in 48 hours. But my services are not resumed till now and the support I am getting from airtel dth is very pathetic and disappointing. I have also sent email to support team personally to look into my issue. They are very least bothered. I have 454 Rs in my airtel dth account. I don't want to resume services and would like to get my money back. The kind of pressure, I have undergone from past week and everyday 3 calls to customer care to get resolution for my issue, but didn't get response.
