[Resolved] Airtel — Silent deduction of balance in the name of mobile usage | |||
My mobile number was recharged with 300rs 2 days before and was having a balance of 250rs yesterday.I didn't make any call and i was having internet pack.Today morning when I was trying to make call I was getting message that no balance. When I contacted 121 customercare it was told that I used internet(20mb). I use internet with different internet pack.Normally used to get the alert whenever I make a call on internet pack expiring day.This time no alert and no message and it was silently wiped out complete balance. This is quite unethical business where in emptied the complete baance without any notice. Please do the needful to revert back the amount which was silently deducted without any intimation.
