Airtel — Sim Activation problem | |
Hi,
I am new to Banglore and I have taken a new airtel sim card ([protected]) on 7th September 2014 of Banglore circle for Rs 120. I was told by the dealer that my sim will get activated on 9th September 2014, and I need to call 59059.
But when I tried it shows a message " Not registered on network" .And is continuously showing up the same message.
I called customer care on 9Th september 2014 night when they said sim would get activated in 12 hours. But when I tried after 12 hours it still shows same message.
Now customer care excecutive and her manager too says there is no problem from their side.
I just wonder what could dealer do in a sim card activation when customer has submitted all the docs and even airtel verifies that.
Please help me with this on ASAP.
