[Resolved]  Airtel — Sim got deactivated without any reason

My airtel sim got deactivated last Wednesday, 27th april, 2016.
I went to the shop from where I purchased that sim, they told me it is not active in the system, I recharged it every third day, it was being used every single hour, incoming as well as outgoing. Airtel vendors have mailed to even higher authorities but still I haven't received even a single information of why it got deactivated . I want a valid reason, it is a serious issue and I will file a case. To stop someone's number without a valid reason is illegal.

I had applied for mobile number portability MNP in Airtel MLB Road, Gwalior on 11 Apr 16, they assured me that it will be done within 8 days but not yet done. Regards
