[Resolved] Airtel — Subscribed for airtel 4g, but being provided 2g | |||
I have been using the Airtel 4G connection since the past 8 months, regularly paying the bills. I have raised a complaint with Airtel on 2nd April, 2016 that the 4G speed which used to be around >20MB suddenly dropped to <1MB. Even the engineering from Airtel visited my room from where I access the net checked and found that the speed is less than <1MB on my Airtel supplied hotspot instrument as well as on his mobile device. And he also pointed out 2 more customers have complained about it and when we checked the same near the tower from which the supply was it is <1MB. Airtel is giving lame excuses as per the mail sent from their end. The mail communication done with Airtel is below. Every month I have subscribed for a 10GB data, out of which I have used 3.5GB of data and was not able to use the remaining 6.5GB because of the network problem from airtel. They have sent me a bill for the entire amount. I have been put to a lot of inconvenience by Airtel in providing the services, since I was not able to communicate to my official work. Even when I communicated to them that if you are not providing me the 4G speed, I will cancel and also put up the same in social media, they were least bothered. Hence, I request you to look into the matter and justify us for the same. The attitude of Airtel in providing proper Service & Support is pathetic.
