Airtel — speed issues in airtel 4G LTE

The data connection provided does not work half of the time due to issues unresolved for the last 4 months.i get no speed for surfing even kindly look into this matter and solve it within 24 hours otherwise i will be forced to lodge a complain in police station of taking rental and of making fake promises when i had a talk with the executive he took no effort to solve the matter kindly solve it otherwise this time im going to take a serious step to get my rental fee back
