[Resolved] Airtel — Surrendered sim not disconnected | |||
I had requested to surrender airtel post paid connection with the details on 20 october 2016 at their vellayambalam, thiruvananthapuram, kerala out let from where i have purchased the sim. Phone no [protected]. They had accepted my request and distoryed the sim in front of me. But airtel continued the connection and kept on sending false bills. The customer care executives behave indiffently and said my number is still active. I also need to stop harassment by airtel customer care. Was this information helpful? | |||
