Airtel Telecom — Misbehavior by customer care executive

Since more than two months I am being harassed by Airtel to pay my mobile bill of Rs13000. I had written an email to them about unacceptable bill amount and that I have been wrongly charged. Apart from this they have charged me a monthly rental for international roaming for more than 5 months. After several phone calls and mental harassment and loss of time and effort, they called me back to confirm that the internet charges were wrongly put and rs10, 000 had been waived off. Till date all my conversation has been on mail and I requested them (Rohan, customer service executive who called me) to send me an email confirmation. I got a call from[protected]. The executive named Rohan got into an argumentative mode and misbehaved. He threatened me that he would not be sending me any mails and hung up the phone. It's sheer misconduct from the company's end and I request strict actions to be taken against this executive for misbehaving and not answering properly. If no action is taken against him, I would make sure to file a complaint against Airtel for improper customer service. I have been dealing with this for more than two months and at the end I get this kind of response and misconduct from Airtel. This is completely unacceptable and disappointing. Please inform me about what steps or actions have been taken against this person.

Because of misbehaved by customer care service I am feeling its not good service for me in the future..
I wanted to give FIR report on airtel company but I know every person here is corrupted so i could not do this..

I have been facing Harassment from Airtel customer service executive for sometime now. I have called up Airtel couple to times to file complaint but still no action has been taken so far. Today i again get a call from same executive who is a shame on manners... uses abusive and insulting language. If this is the kind of Customer Service you provide then you people do not deserve to be in business.
Its been 5 years since i have been using Airtel network and never have i ever had any complaints from the quality of the customer care service but I am highly disappointed with the customer care service this time. I had some internet speed and connectivity issues so I called up the customer helpline and it took a great amount of time this time to even connect to the customer executive and when I did, the lady on the other side sounded very pissed at something, I understand that even they might be stressed or frustrated sometimes but this lady was at an another level of rudeness. She was literally shouting into the mic as if she was not managing customer care service but rather ordering a battalion to march into battle. I politely asked her to speak a little softly but she just kept on saying she is going to scream only so that i can hear her (ironic). I for the last time said politely to speak softly and not scream but she was too much of a hooligan to understand politeness so i hung up the call.I am still having connectivity issues and my speed is absolute crap. I didnt see this one coming.
I have recharge Rs 49/- but my Balance deducted rs 30 for renewed Caller tune and i have not Select renewed and not my permission to renewed it...Firstly i call customer executive, he said Shameful op from your side then i have refund it but you have Stop your so if not possible...then transfer to senior she said if you Stop your side or not this amount is not refunded, then i told her In future this type of issue i faced and hole amount is refunded then she(senior) is misbehave she told me (customer kiya krte h jaan boch kr service ko activate krte h, call krte h customer care se paisa Lene k liye) This type of words using senior executive... Its mean mai jaan boch kr activate krta hoon aur paisa leta hoon..mera pass dosra koi kaam nh h, din bhar yahi krta raho!!!Shameless
I again said im not renewed it automatic and this type of service very shamefull.
