Airtel — Terrible Service | |||
I bought a new airtel broadband service because I thought it would be better than the BSNL I have. Since day 1, the connection has not worked and now its been a month. I called to complain and customer service pretty rudely stated that if I want I can go ahead and send an email for cancellation. Forget about customer satisfaction, obviously airtel doesn't even care much for customer retention. It's pretty laughable how companies such as airtel put on such a professional front but have none of that marketing prowess flowing down to actual service.
