Airtel — Took money for 3G and providing 2G

HI, I have put airtel 3G pack and i am getting 2G speed.Actually until previous month m getting 3G speed.But now, I am getting only 2G after recharging 3G data pack for Rs 255.Customer care didnot respond to me .Even i called many tims, they are not attending.I need 3 G speed since i spent 255 on this one Was this information helpful?
