Airtel — Unable to send text messages | |||
I have been facing problem in sending text message to any number since 15 days. Called many times to 121 customer care number but my problem was never resolved. we have been using airtel since 8 years but this time it was heights of tolerance. Inspite of telling them my issues, i have experienced customer care executive filing a wrong complain which has again delayed my problem. My contact number is [protected]. Its post paid connection and am able to call receive messages but the biggest problem is that am not able to send any messages. Was this information helpful? | |||
