[Resolved] Airtel — Unauthorized fixed line charges | |||||
I am using Airtel Broadband and Fixedline connection since august 28, 2016. My connection was disconnected last week, I was told that i need to pay 970/- Rupees more as i have paid only 6500/- Rupees. Here i have attached the bill given by Airtel staff which was stated 6500/- only as Payment. I have already raised the complaint regarding this issue. the Compliant number is 75780580. Please Find the attachment and do the needful. My connection is barred more than 10 days. there is not action from their side, i have complained them several times via E-mail and calls.
