[Resolved] Airtel — Unethical behaviour - not getting resolution for my problem for 90 days to convert postpaid to prepaid | |||||
Hi, I bought airtel postpaid number in the year of 2014 and I am working in Karnataka .so, I often use this ([protected]) two days(sat, sun) in a week, if I reach Tamilnadu and I am paying unnecessary rentals every month for not using the sim regularly, its crossing more than 600 hundred every month. I planned to go for Prepaid instead postpaid. I bought the sim at Coimbatore Lakshmi mills office(main office at Coimbatore) February 6th Saturday 2016 . I have raised a request to change my current postpaid to prepaid. The person I had a discussion on this, he suggested me to close all the open outstanding amounts and I did that too. after that he asked me to pay for new prepaid sim card(Rs.25 for 4G sim card). before I left that office I have enquired all the details. The person told me that it will get activated within two working days, but it didn't happened. then I started contacting customer care for the issue multiple time, customer care team told they will raise complaint on this and they told it will get resolved within 48 hours but nothing get resolved and I contacted that customer care team more than 5 times in that week. Its been more than two week since I raised that request. then I lost hope with the customer care team, then I decided to reach the main office directly again I reached the Lakshmi mills Airtel main office on 27th February 2016 Saturday and I met the same person again and he told "sorry for the inconvenience happened" and he told the issue will get resolved within a day...:( but nothing happened...and my tracking cycle continued with customer care team by raising complaint and following up with them again and again...Nothing happened...Paying unnecessary bills every month for not utilized any benefits for that sim card plan.. I am registering complaint here someone from the Airtel team will look at it and resolve my issue.. I don't want any complaint numbers, will get resolved within hours, day, etc.. I need a solution...I am ready to pay my outstanding amount at any point of time.. Please resolve this as soon as possible.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
