Airtel — unfair bill

I purchased airtel postpaid data card connection from rajnagar ghaziabad. i told them i need an unlimited plans so they can show me airtel brochures if they got any unlimited schemes, I wanted unlimited data card pack . but there was no more than 8 GB unlimited plans available at that time. so i asked them if they got anything more than that for unlimited plans . they told me sir presently airtel had launced 10 gb unlimited plan for 1500 rs per month but we are providing that connection to only postpaid costumers. I told them ok i will get that postpaid connection, They didnot charged me any price for sim or connection . Fot the first month the bill was around 450 rs I paid that bill next month it was 2012 rs i paid that too but for the another next month bill was 5500 +. now when i complaint about the bill they told me sir you have to pay that bill or we will go to court. I do not know what to do now i told them i will pay 1500 + taxes or late fees whatever and terminate this connection. but they are not terminating my connection nor they are reducing my bill. Kindly guide me further as i am thinking to file an FIR against Airtel and that airtel customer service shop at RDC ghaziabad. I am not a fraud but i wont pay the bill thats so unfair. hi,
as per the complaint the airtel representative followed it.
but they are not agreeing to the said unfair bill
however on other hand i accounted and had a conversation with airtel authorized dealer from where i have purchased
the connection they are agreeing on the unlimited plan purchased by me for 1500 rs and they are even agreeing on
the fault from airtel .
i still got no response from them and now they have sent me another bill for rs 6k+
I have the recording of the conversation that i had with airtel store representative at Rajnagar district center, which i can produce on demand.
and they are still irritating me by asking me to pay the said hyped bill amount.

Any further assistance will be highly appretiated !
