Airtel — Unnecessarily charging late fee since couple of months | |||
Airtel have been charging me late fee of Rs. 100 in my postpaid mobile bill every month for last couple of months. My mobile number is [protected] When I called last month, around the 1st May, they agreed to waive off the Rs. 200 late fee. But, they have not done so and additionally added another Rs. 100 making it a total of Rs. 300 late fee over tha last few months. All this, even after I have paid on time. I only made a late payment in Feb 2015, as I couldn't due to the untimely hospitalisation and death of my father. Even, then, when I called citing the reason, they agreed to waive off Rs. 100 late fee. I am really disappointed and do not trust these people anymore. Was this information helpful? | |||
