Email 4G.[protected]@airtel.com Sub;-Complain for unsatisfactory services Ref.;-My last complain no[protected] dated 19/11/2015 Dear Sir, With reference to above please note that the above 4G connection is not giving satisfactory performance since last two months.Most cf the time the system is down.Complain has been made number of times, lastly on 19/11/2015 also complain was lodged.One gentleman mobile no [protected] had visited but could not resolve it.I am compelled to mention it here that from your side there is no followup to resolved the complain which is not expected from a reputed company like you. In view of the above you are requested to solve the problem immediately or else take back your instrument and refund my money.
