Without taking prior approval VAS are added and charges for the same are deducted. Request stop such practice with immediate effect. Further, behaviour of Customer Care Executive is not good. The person, Rajesh as he said his name, when I called 121 on 08.03.2015 at 4.38 PM was very bad and need to check.,
