Airtel — VAS (Value Added Services) are activated without my concern | |||
Reference - Airtel 4G Broadband WiFi Postpoid Connection #[protected] Though I have not been using their Internet service during April'2015 through June'2015, Airtel has charged me Rs 8940 in the name of VAS (Value Added Service). I have neither activated this service nor I was concerned by Airtel. They mentioned it only during my process of cancelling this account in June'2015. When I have been demanding for justification of charges, their representatives called me and started using foul language and also threatening me. Finally, I have paid this amount unconvincingly to avoid physical abuse. I would like Consume Compliants forum to help me in taking any legal action against Airtel for their improper billing, cheating, employing (perhaps) goondas, threatening, causing social and physical insecurity.
