Airtel — Verifying my address since 21-11-15, not yet completed

Hi,
My name is Afnas, I had applied for a Airtel Postpaid airtel Sim on 21-11-15 from airtel office in Sakinaka Mumbai, firstly i paid 300/-rs and i didn't get any bill or any kind of payment receipt, then after 3 days i went and asked them why is this same not working yet then they gave me a number and said me this is your number and it will be activated tomorrow, after that i use to get consecutive messages saying your verification failed your case is been closed, i again went to that store they said by tomorrow all will be done, then the airtel people asked me to give another number for verification i gave, even then the same story, then after two day the allotted number was changed for me i said ok fine, then again the same story.

Yesterday i was so irritated and i went to that office and asked by taking leave from my office, i stood there asked them what is happening with my sim card, they checked, then i under stood the nobody from airtel side was trying to contact me just sending text saying that my verification failed. That made me more angry i shouted at them, Because this sim card was taken for my Professional Purpose and thanks because of this AIRTEL INDIA am now using My personal Number for my Professional purpose.

After Shouting at them then however managed to get me a text saying that my verification thing is successful, then evening i went there i said sorry for shouting and said thanks, they said within 4 or 5 hours sim will be activated, my the given airtel mobile number was switched off, Morning i came to office am switching on, this sim is not yet activated and saying me to contact your service provider, now whom should i meet and where the hell should i go to get this thing right? should i take leave for a day and go to airtel office take the representative to my house introduce my family, my neighbours friends and say this me, so now can you please activate my sim card please.

is this the way of customer service what airtel is giving? . i there is any issues from my side or my proof please let me know, yet now i havent got any call after getting the second number.

Am fed up Airtel now. i did a mistake by choosing Airtel.
