Airtel — WiFi connection problem

Iam Syyed sadiq Pasha I had taken the Wifi broadband connections last fifteen days before and that connection provider guy had login use last week and he had putted a WiFi roter and aur plan has started last week and we hadn't use the net a signal kb and due to no signals and we had putted complaint to customers care and they are telling that it will solve in with in 24hours and today is the third day still I am not having Internet.
