[Resolved] Airtel — Withdrawal of iptv and unresponsiveness of dth replacement team

I received an email from Airtel detailing their plan to discontinue their IPTV services and their offer to replace it with DTH with some sops thrown in. Unfortunately despite repeated call to the Airtel Customer Service to schedule a call-back so that the modalities of the DTH installation can be worked out there has been no response.

Can someone look into this and get in touch with me?
