[Resolved]  Airtel — Worst service and refund not received

I requested for a airtel broadband on 15th july 2016, after checking network ports everything payment of rs 4974, was done on 16th july 2016, account no [protected] and i was told that installation will be done on 18 th july. I waited till 21st july, and called the executive several times there was no answer. Then i called aitel help desk none of them picked the calls, atlast i went personally.. I was so shocked that the executive told that there are no network port available so installation can not be done, and your money will be refunded.
Very irresponsible.. No one has responded till i went to help desk, not even picked call despite of several calls,.. After all processing, checking the network ports and payment this is the service i got
Waste of time... Money is blocked.. Everything...

I received this message on 17th july 2016

Documents received against your fixed line account no [protected] installation order no. 82879085. It will be processed in 3 working days. No extra amount to be paid to installation engineer, except additional cpe purchases (If any). For queries, call[protected].

I rasied a complaint on 17th Aug for my refund amount, ref no..71719676 it's almost 2 months till now there is no response how many days I have to wait for my money 5000rs I want my money back with in 24hr, otherwise I put a consumer complaint on you ..I have all document proofs .. is no portability why did they take my money. U people are cheating the costumers,

I updated my account statement in www.airtel.in/onlinerefund on 25th July ticket no AOR04ada9 ..but till now there is no response ..this is not correct way .there is no portability why did they take my money. U people are cheating the coustmers
