Airtel — Wrong balance deducted | |||
I am Raja Ram Dutta, Pre Paid Customer of AIRTEL (Bihar & Jharkhand) bearing Mobile No [protected] . I have 2G Internet Pack up validity upto 23rd February 2015. I had not recharge for internet pack on 23rd February 2015 and data service for my mobile was on but I was not using internet and and in 24th February 2015 morning 6:00AM I found my Rs. 195/- is deducted from my balance while it was idle state. I want my 33 Rs back. . . Otherwise i m going to port. .i usually spends 1000rs per month at airtel. . I can use idea also. .i am having idea also. . .they dont do dis cheap type . .Its srprise for me . .that while m sleeping . .my balance automatically deducted. Only i operate my cell. . .then how it is pssible. . When i called. .i got rude behaviour of customer
