Airtel — Wrong Billing | |||
I had a mobile post paid connection ([protected]) with Airtel and converted the post paid connection to prepaid connection by making cash payment in full (in fact I made excess payment) by visiting their gallery (as confirmed by their executive). Post this the connection was converted to prepaid connection. Now after a month, they call me and tell me that there is an outstanding of 10, 000/- odd on my account now. This in incorrect.
