[Resolved] Airtel — Wrong commitment - customer id : [protected] | |||
Airtel Representative called and said since my digital tv account is not recharged for few months there is an offer on my account. I will have to recharge for 1285 to get one year subscription for my existing package. Within 30 minutes i did the recharge and the offer was not activated, post that i had to call customer service to get the offer activated which took another 48 hours. Without my knowledge the existing package was removed and they changed a different package. Now customer service is stating that the offer is not valid for the current package and would be changed to a different package. I have reached out to Airtel customer service via Call, Email, Facebook Message, Nodal Team & Appellate Team and still no resolution. Was this information helpful? | |||

Very Bad service I have given request for converting my post paid connection to prepaid connection because of high billing . Even after 10 days the issue is not resolved. I have contacted the nodal officer for resolution of complaint but still no improvement.

I have activated night calling pack of 11 rupees on 12 August on [protected] it's my own number and when I do 135 rupees 12000 second plan on 22 august the night calling pack automatically deactivate. and this time I can not contect your customer care
