Airtel — Wrong Info by Customer Care agent.

Dear Sir/Madam, I have called to your customer care on 06-May-2015 on 01:26 PM and I have requested them to cancel the BlackBerry Enterprises Plan. They have said ok we will process but Plan rental Charges will be charged as pr FLAT rental Rs.899/-. But when I called to your Customer Care on 04-May-2015 for De-activation of Blackberry Plan Rs.399/- and Activation of BlackBerry Enterprises Plan Rs.899/- agent said same will be charged as per Prorate basis only. Kindly process for de-activation of BlackBerry Enterprises Plan Rs.899/- and it should be charged as per prorate basis. My Phone no. +91 [protected] Name – Shivaraju JN
