Airtel — Wrong information and Misbehaved by the Manager

I called your customer care executive on 17th December 2014 and asked about the 3g Internet offer on my mobile- [protected] to which he gave the wrong information about Rs. 149 recharge stating that at the current moment i will get 500 Mb 3g data and 500 mb 3g Data as an offer. When i spoke to Imrog he just sounded like an uneducated team Leader who just go on telling one line continuously and then I also spoke to Gaurav who just disconnected the call when i asked him to let me know the name of the CSR who gave me the wrong information. These team leader really sucks. Its not the matter of Rs.149 but now if i need to an help its very difficult for me to call any CSR. Thanks, Suraj, Mob;- [protected]
