Airtel — Wrong mobile bill | |||
Sir, I have ported my airtel postpaid number [protected] into BSNL about one month ago after full and final bill, but I am getting an alert message and call from Airtel that Rd. 2166.66 has to pay. I am shocked and surprise, So I visited Airtel store who told me it's showing outstanding amount of data use. I am again surprised because I had plan that is 1gb with 3g speed for a month and if I used this data this will be converted in 2g speed unlimited. So thus outstanding amount is wrong. I was good customer of Airtel paid all bills in time but this is not faire deal by Airtel. You are requested to please sort out the matter. Thanks Regards. Shafiq Khan [protected].
