[Resolved] Airtel — wrong offer given | |||
On date 24/05/2015 at 12:05 am i have recharged my airtel number [protected] from airtel mobile app. I have applied for unlimited night 3g 1gb at 49 rs. Plan and during payment it displays me to options (1) by debit card (2) by main account so i used debit card But after my successful payment I have got only 150 mb 3g data. After that i call 198 customer care no. But they refused to help they told me that it only has to order by deducting balance from main account. Kindly help me got my money refund from them.
