No reply for my problems during my Goa visit.Below Mail is self explanatory.

Subject:Not satisfied with Goa package
Dear Sir,
I am sorry to say that I am not satisfied with your services and commitments.
Right now I am at Goa.I have booked 3n and 4 d package at sea horse resort in Goa through your office.
Room is very tiny and not cleaned.Shuttle service to baggage beach is there but hotel is telling our driver is on leave hence we can not provide.
I had paid child money then after hotel is telling for sight seeing only two seats will be given.
I talked to Ms Gopi your office for these issues and she replied that you have to book 5 star resort.Is it the way to treat the customer in Ajay Modi?
Sir, I had paid Rs.16560/- I.e. Rs.5520/- per day and I know very well by spending this money which type of facilities and responses available in the market.
Pl advice your staff to give proper response and true guide line to customer if you would like to survive long time in the market.
Do not take it otherwise but fact is this and I m sufferer that's why I am writing otherwise lots of your competitor available in the market.
