Ajnara Daffodil — Ajnara Daffodil O -tower concerns

I have purchased a flat in O -tower, Ajnara Daffodil since May'11. 1. Committed Possession date was Nov 2013 as per agreement. No confirmation on the possession date till date. When we are getting the flat? 2. Flat Area at the time of booking was 1085 sqft. As per the last communication from Ajnara, Area increased to 1277 sqft!!! Who will bear the extra charges?The maintenance charges will also increase, why should the flat owner bear the expenses? Why was the area of the flat mentioned wrongly while booking? 3. I met Ms. Juhi, Ajnara Daffodil representative at Ajnara corporate office, Sec-63, Noida to discuss on my concerns. She told she was busy and asked me to email her instead. Wrote several mails to her, yet no response. Please suggest a way forward. Need an urgent revert from your end. Thanks and Regards, S Dash
