Ajnara India — Ajnara Daffodil - super area increased 2 times without any consent

Dear Sir, i am holding falt in Ajnara Deffodil in H tower which was booked in 2010. since then they have increased super area aby almoast 72 Sq. feet with any consent also, project is almost 2 yrs. late they are not even confirming panalty amount to us Pl advise what action we can take against them Hemant
