[Resolved]  Ajnara India Ltd. — Not getting Refund

Dear Sir, I Vijaypal Singh Chauhan S/o Late Shri Kishan Singh Chauhan aged about 42 years R/o J-172 SF, Mayfield Gardens, Sec-51, Gurgaon-122002. I have booked Unit/residential Flat No. 2412 on 24th Floor, at Tower A, in Project namely Ajnara Vice Royale being built at Plot No. GH-04, Sec-22A, in Yamuna Expressway, Gautam Budh Nagar-201301, U.P., of size approx. 515 Sq. Ft. at a discounted negotiated price of Rs. 2570 per Sq. Ft. as per the terms and conditions contained in the application form. Till date, I have paid a total amount of Rs. 1, 30, 000/- (Rupees One Lakh Thirty Thousand only) as part payment towards the sale price and/or other charges for the said Unit/Flat/villa and the various receipts were issued to us by the company. Now because of some reasons I was not able to pay the further payments and asked Ajnara to cancel the booking and refund the amount. They have asked me to fill some affidavit and submit to Ajnara which I have submitted. Till date we have not received any refund from Ajnara. Doc sent to Ajnara: Docs which are sent in courier: 1- Affidavit cum Indemnity Bond. 2- NOC from ICIPL. 3- Payment Receipt. 4- Cancellation letter as per Ajnara format. 5- Handwritten cancellation letter. 6- Pan card Xerox. 7- Ajnara Agreement (which is not signed by me as well as by Ajnara) 8- Application Xerox.
