Albaurmet.com — Not responding to my faulty product & not restoring it back

They took 15 days to respond to my Complaint number and now after they promise to restore within week its more than 2 weeks now and they have not installed my camera back.The ticket number raised for this incidence is [protected].I tried calling many times to their helpline number but unable to get any response for my issue.

Seeking your help in order to get the same fixed.

Main door lock not working some times lock not open 2 or 3 hours so too much problm we complaint the customer care but no body attend this complaint complaint no [protected]
