Dear sir,
This is for your kind information that i made investment in alchemist the details of the fixed deposit is allotment no is - airl/rxx0101209 executed on dated 10/09/2012 for an amount of rs 70, 000/-. But on maturity it is informed that please submit the policy and we will send the same in bank account but after some time it is heard that they are not paying anything instead they had fixed the same for another two years without any intimation to the customer. My maturity date was 10/09/2015, but but till date i have not received any payment nor any information from the office
Ituated at durgapur west bengal. They are unable to say anything regarding payment of the same. So please let me know that
When i will get the maturity amount. Hope to get your reply at the earliest.
