Aliens Space Station 1 — Cheating with no progress in construction

I have booked a flat of 1687 sft in Aliens space station in the year 2011 and has paid 50% of the money. Some part from my savings and remaining through bank loan. The indicated delivery for the flat was March 2012. But even now i.e., Feb' 2015, nothing has developed. No indication that these people can finish the towers. Moreover, the construction was stalled since last two years. They are reluctant to pay the money back and are giving flat shift options with un-realestic figures and prolonging the time. I am ditched by this Aliens Space station management. Now I am looking for my money along with interests at the earliest. I want Justice for getting my Flat at purchased price or refund of the money paid along with interests.
