All India Management Association — Fees Paid, but Make Payment yet to be completed, no refunds done

I have applied for September MAT, but due to some problems the Rs. 1200 was debited from my account, but the Make Payment option in my AIMA account is still unchecked. It has been over a week but I still have not been refunded yet. Please help me with it.
