Allahabad Bank — Bank manager poor service

Hello, I have Bank account in Allahabad bank and my account number is [protected] .. in Plot No. 201, Bindapur, P.o. Uttam Nagar . The Bank Manager is not available in bank most of the time and unfortunately if bank manager available in bank they not given any response and very rude behavior, i ask the question bank manger how i open the current account he say i don't know, again i ask which document you need to open my current bank account he say i don't know, any question i ask him they give same answer I don't know, . The language which he used is very Poor. Last three month i try to open current account but He say closed your other A/C also and open new bank account on a other bank, i am not open your in this branch this. Very Negligence attitude of Bank Branch Manager, ..
Please help and Kindly take action on this issue.
