Allahabad Bank — Comlaint against post man

Sir, madam, Sir my name is govinda gupta s/o shr Rakesh kr gupta resi- R-57 chankya place 2 new delhi 110059 sir our postman name is sunil kumar his cont number [protected], last year 17/02/2015 i have open my bank saving account in allahabad bank and bank sent me letter from which i can activate my account but postman has not delever meany document for the same and i went to branch for it 3-4 times for registry but till now i have not recieved any document ..i spoke to postman in post office he said to me he returned my document and asking for money ..he said if you want your document then come next time in post office and give me 200 rs ... he clearly refuse to give me doc ...pls sir kindly take a action asap. Thanking you .
