Alleviate Technologies Pvt Ltd — Salary does not get transferred,Experience letter and releving letter

I joined Alleviate technologies on[protected]. in middle of services i got a call on[protected] and email on[protected] from Alleviate HR (Manish) that "you have to sign a bond for next 9 months". when i said i will not sign any bond then he told you will get released from services as soon as we hire a new person in palace of you. it gives me mental harassment. Than i was waiting for email but did not get any email but on call he told me we started hiring process. Then finally i wrote email to HR[protected] to get me revealed from services for ten days because it has been written in appointment letter during probation period notice period is ten days. Employee should not get confirmed until receive letter in written from company, and i serve till[protected] . Now company does not paying me salary for July 2015 and does not revealed me from services. They harass me mentally to join again till they find my replacement but i don't want to join due to bad HR polices. Kindly help me on this matter. Thanks, Nitin [protected]
