The broadband is not working since 11 am yesterday. All contact numbers are swithed off or not responding. Even the helpline number person is least bothered to solve the issue. This is a horroble service from the reputed organisation. This is my last complaint before going to the consumer forum. Not getting internet conncetion ,most of the time facing problen in internet line
Paid Rs 1800 nonrefundable installation charge plus Rs 18 monthly service charge but not getting internet connection .Not able to connect mos of the time it was showing "no connection error " or "unauthorised access error"Customer satisfaction rating Customer satisfaction rating is a complex algorithm that helps our users determine how good
