It seems that the toll free customer service number is just for show. Whenever somebody calls in that number continuously for a month, the call would be received 1 out of 20 times. Moreover, when you complain about the service, they give you a docket number and just hang up. They do not have the courtesy of telling the customers in what to do next and what to do with the docket number. I'am a user who is on a high tariff, am told that I should receive 2mb throughout the day and 8mb between 1am - 9am which is a joke. On testing the broadband speed what I get is shocking doesn't matter what time it is, be it 3pm or 3am the speed reflects 0.98mb. On complaining the so called trained customer service representatives bluntly just lie, "sorry sir, the speed you are suppose to get is 2mb divided by 8, its a rule all across bengal". I have no clue where this company is heading to. I work in the press and pretty soon if this internet connection does affect my work to a certain extent (which it has done for a while and am waiting for the right time till it mends its ways), I would personally ensure that the company becomes history, well if not permanently but for a good period of time.
