I had installed your (Alliance Broadband) by third party KBCPL where my user Id asitd_sssn & IP address 172.17.95.93 But it is very unfortunate that your third party behave is very uncivilised & non cooperative & they have disconnected Broadband due to one day delay payment reason I was out of station for my service & had no option for rearranging the payment within that time. I have request them several time but they have treated as very rude behave. If it is possible please arrange any other option for continuning your service. Was this information helpful? | |||
